basil infused oil

commonly used in all kinds of italian cooking.
excellent for support of the digestive system.

to make basil infused oil:

1)bruise leaves between fingers and fill jar.
2)pour oil over top and let sit for 2-4 weeks.



How to use chives

Gather your Materials:
Chives
Cream Cheese
Bagels

To make an herb cream cheese
1.) Chop chives into small pieces
2.) Stir chives into cream cheese
3.) Enjoy on a bagel

Peppermint Tincture

-delicious in salads and desserts
-good for digestion, pain relief, skin concerns

To make a tincture:
1. Fill jar with leaves that you crush each individual leaves in-between your thumb and index finger
2. Pour cider vinegar over top until it covers leaves
3. Let sit 4-6 weeks

Lemon balm

Good to make tea good for digestion and relaxation to make the tea. pour hot water over dried leaves. let it sit for five minutes. Then its ready to strain and drink

How to make an infused oil

1) Pick an herb you would like to use to make your balm (such as lemon balm)
2) Pick one third of the leafs off of your herb plant, so as not to kill it.
3) Pick the leafs off of the stems.
4) Roll some of the leafs in your hand (or bruise them)
5) As soon as you have bruised the leafs, you may stick them in a glass bottle. (Preferably a dark bottle)
6) Once you have all the bruised leafs in the glass bottle, fill up the bottle about one third of the way with olive oil.
7) Leave this mixture of oil and herb in the bottle for about a week.
8) Results: By the end you should have a infused oil with the scent and taste of your herb of choice.

How to plant Snowberry bundles

1. Take about 4 or 5 branches and straighten them all together
2. Then fold them in half
3. Then tie them together in the middle
4. Dig a spot in the garden
5. Take the snowberry bundles and fold them into a "c" shape
6. Then plant them into the ground. make sure to plant them in the dirt and make sure the ends of the branches show and the rest covered in dirt

How to start plants from a seed

you need:
Soil, seeds of your choice, plastic containers. Small and big

1. Put a few seeds in a little container full of soil. Then put water in it
2. After about 2 weeks you will see a little seedlings growing.
3. Then easily take out the seedlings out of the little container and move it into the big container thats full of soil. and then water after planting
